$95 per night + tax Sunday-Thursday
$105 per night + tax Friday-Saturday
$125 per night + tax Festival & Event Weekends (2 night minimum required)

Rates based on occupancy of 1 or 2 people.
Each additional person $25/night (US)
A discount of 10% is offered on the total of the pretax bill for choosing no breakfast
7.85% state tax and 3% tourism tax are NOT INCLUDED IN RATE
In line with International Policies, all Reservations must be accompanied with a current Credit Card or Debit Card number including Expiration Date. The address furnished, must be the billing address of the card. All Reservations guaranteed by this method will be held until arrival and check-in. No Shows of Guaranteed Reservations will be automatically charged for the duration booked, unless keeping with the Cancellation Policy.

Breakfast will be served at 9:00 AM in the innkeeper's dining room.
Off street Parking is available
Housekeeping-Services are not provided for one and two night stays. All towels and linens will be provided prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Fourteen day notice required for festival weekends
Seven day notice for all other reservations
Lack of notice will result in full charge for the reservation .
If the vacancy is filled, a full refund will be given less a $20.00 processing fee.
