$105 per night + tax Monday thru Thursday
$125 per night + tax Friday-Saturday-Sunday
A two night minimum stay required on Holiday, Festival & Event Weekends
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, or cash.
Rates based on occupancy of 1 or 2 people.
Each additional person $25/night (US)
Maximum occupancy of six.
A discount of 15% is offered on the total of the pretax bill for choosing no breakfast
8.1% state tax and 3% tourism tax are NOT INCLUDED IN RATE
In line with International Policies, all Reservations must be accompanied with a current Credit Card or Debit Card number including Expiration Date. The address furnished, must be the billing address of the card. All Reservations guaranteed by this method will be held until arrival and check-in. No Shows of Guaranteed Reservations will be automatically charged for the duration booked, unless keeping with the Cancellation Policy.

Check Out Time - 11:00AM
Breakfast will be served at 9:00 AM in the innkeeper's dining room.

Cancellation Policy
Fourteen day notice required for festival weekends
Seven day notice for all other reservations
Lack of notice will result in full charge for the reservation .
If the vacancy is filled, a full refund will be given less a $20.00 processing fee.
Email notice is required for reservation cancellation (No phone calls)

DeFlorin Haus is NOT handicapped accessible and is NOT suitable for those who cannot comfortably climb stairs
